YOUNGSTOWN, OH- On Monday, the Youngstown Phantoms announce multiple roster changes. The Phantoms acquired Winter Wallace and Carter Rose. Winter Wallace a 2002 forward from Boulder, Colorado. Wallace joins our team from the Lincoln Stars. Wallace played for the Lincoln Stars 10 games this season before joining the Youngstown Phantoms. He is committed to Michigan State University.
