January 20, 2021 - PRINCE GEORGE, BC - The Prince George Cougars are pleased to announce defenceman Cole Moberg ('00) has signed a one-year professional tryout contract with the Rockford IceHogs in the American Hockey League (AHL). Terms of the contract were not disclosed.
"This is a great opportunity for Cole to continue to his development at the professional level," said Cougars' General Manager & Head Coach Mark Lamb. "His signing is a reflection of the hard-work and commitment he has put into getting himself ready for the next step."

January 19, 2021 - The Brandon Wheat Kings have signed 2004-born defenceman Owen Harris to a Western Hockey League Standard Player Agreement.
The 6' 3", 214 lbs. Wawanesa, Manitoba product was drafted by the Wheat Kings in the 3rd Round (#53 Overall) of the 2019 WHL Bantam Draft and skated with the Wheat Kings during their 2019-20 rookie camp. He spent last season with the Southwest Cougars U18 AAA and had 4 goals and 14 assists to go along with 96 penalty minutes in 41 games.

January 16, 2021 - KENNEWICK, WA - Tri-City Americans forward Sasha Mutala has signed an amateur tryout agreement today with the Colorado Eagles, AHL affiliate of the Colorado Avalanche, for the team's upcoming camp.
The six-foot and 200-pound forward was selected by the Avalanche 140th overall in the 2019 NHL Draft and has spent all three years of his WHL career with the Americans. During the 2019-20 season, Mutala led Tri-City in scoring with 28 goals and 39 assists in 62 games.
